متجرنا يبيع منتجات صحية غير دوائية فقط: المكملات الغذائية والفيتامينات، العناية بالبشرة، العناية بالشعر، العناية الشخصية، منتجات الأم والطفل، والأجهزة الطبية المنزلية.
التوصيل متاح داخل بغداد، والدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام. لا نقبل حاليًا أي وسيلة دفع إلكترونية.
الأسعار وتوفر المنتجات قد تتغير في أي وقت. طلبك لا يُعد نهائيًا إلا بعد أن يؤكده فريقنا ويتواصل معك.
١. يحق لك فحص المنتجات أمام المندوب قبل الدفع، ورفض أي منتج تالف أو خاطئ أو قريب الانتهاء دون أي تكلفة.
٢. إذا اكتشفت مشكلة بعد الاستلام إذا وصلك منتج خطأ أو تالف أو منتهي الصلاحية، أبلغنا خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام، مع صورة للمنتج. نستبدله لك مجانًا أو نعيد لك المبلغ، ونتحمل نحن تكلفة التوصيل.
٣. إرجاع منتج لم يعجبك يمكنك إرجاع المنتج خلال ٣ أيام من الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون مغلقًا بختمه الأصلي وفي حالته الأصلية. تكلفة التوصيل في هذه الحالة على العميل.
٤. منتجات لا تُرجع بعد فتحها لأسباب صحية: المكملات والفيتامينات، ومنتجات العناية بالبشرة والشعر، والعناية الشخصية، وحليب الأطفال وأغذيتهم، وأي منتج فُتح ختمه.
٥. الأجهزة الطبية تخضع لضمان الشركة المصنّعة حسب الشروط المرفقة مع الجهاز. والجهاز المعطوب عند الاستلام يُستبدل فورًا.
٦. استرداد المبلغ نقدًا عبر المندوب، أو رصيدًا في حسابك في Aura، خلال ٧ أيام من استلامنا للمنتج المرتجع.
٧. ضمان الصلاحية نلتزم بألا نرسل منتجًا تقل صلاحيته عن شهر، إلا إذا أُبلغت بذلك
الاستشارات داخل التطبيق إرشاد عام يقدمه صيادلة مرخّصون، وليست تشخيصًا طبيًا ولا وصفة علاجية، ولا تغني عن زيارة الطبيب. الاستشارات ليست مخصصة للطوارئ.
أنت مسؤول عن صحة البيانات التي تقدمها وعن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك. يحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يُستخدم بشكل مسيء أو مخالف لهذه الشروط.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق، وتُحل أي نزاعات وفقًا لها.

Our store sells non-medicine health products only: supplements and vitamins, skincare, haircare, personal care, mother & baby products, and home medical devices.
Delivery is available inside Baghdad, with cash on delivery. We do not currently accept any electronic payment method.
Prices and product availability may change at any time. Your order is not final until our team confirms it and contacts you.
1. You may inspect products in front of the delivery agent before paying, and reject any item that is damaged, wrong, or close to expiry at no cost.
2. If you find a problem after delivery If you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We replace it free of charge or refund you, and we cover the delivery cost.
3. Returning a product you simply don't like You may return a product within 3 days of delivery, provided it is still sealed with its original seal and in its original condition. Delivery cost in this case is on the customer.
4. Products that cannot be returned once opened For health reasons: supplements and vitamins, skincare and haircare products, personal care, infant formula and baby food, and any product whose seal has been opened.
5. Medical devices Covered by the manufacturer's warranty under the conditions supplied with the device. A device that is faulty on delivery is replaced immediately.
6. Refunds In cash via the delivery agent, or as credit in your Aura account, within 7 days of our receiving the returned product.
7. Shelf-life guarantee We undertake not to send any product with less than one month of shelf life, unless you have been informed otherwise.
In-app consultations are general guidance provided by licensed pharmacists. They are not a medical diagnosis or a prescription, and they do not replace visiting a doctor. Consultations are not for emergencies.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. We may suspend any account used abusively or in violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and any disputes are resolved under them.
