• How do I track my order?Open “Orders” in the bottom navigation and select your order to see its status at every step.
• Where do you deliver?Inside Baghdad only, for now.
• How do I pay?Cash on delivery. We never ask for card details.
• How do I return a product?See the returns policy in the Terms & Conditions.
• Is a consultation a replacement for a doctor?No. It is general guidance from a licensed pharmacist, not a diagnosis or prescription, and it is not for emergencies.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time from the app (Account ← Delete account), from the website after signing in, or by asking us on WhatsApp or email from your registered phone or email. We remove your personal data, addresses, family members, favorites, cart, shelf, follows, notifications, loyalty and referrals, consultations and messages, prescriptions and files, and account-linked search logs. Orders and items remain for accounting, unlinked, without an address or notes, with contact fields labeled ‘حساب محذوف’. Active orders must be completed or cancelled first; staff cannot self-delete. Failed completion leaves the account pending and blocks application-data access. Automatic retry is awaiting configuration; contact us to complete deletion. Search logs and clicks expire after 30 days, with daily cleanup.
